I was surpised to read in an old mail (below) how little this vision has changed since 1996. The company name has changed. We've found Vietnam works far better than India today. But we still have the vision of bringing specialists together to work collaboratively on projects, and our focus on small companies and individuals.

What has changed is that we now radically tranform the effectiveness of outsourcing and offshore development by exceptional adherence to  Agile Development Methods, including eXtreme Programming and elements of Scrum. After a long search, these methods are the magic ingredient that makes offshore work when, where in the past it has failed, especially for small entrepreneurial ventures.  All of this is new stuff. But it comes as part of a long and relentless effort towards a fairly consistent vision.

I would like to obtain some Internet service pricing information from you. I am an Internet consultant one of whose grand visions for the future is to use the Internet to bring specialists in India and North America together to work collaboratively on projects.  My focus is not the large corporations, who have been able to do this for some years, but small companies and individuals.  For this latter group this dream may soon be possible, or thanks to MCI's new lines from India, may now be possible.  The results will be felt by the global economy for decades to come.

Can you tell me how much 28.8k on demand dial-up Internet access costs from Bombay and from Bangalore.  Please let me know how I can obtain this level of connection.
